Question 1

What do I need to upload?

Accepted Answer

One clear, recent photo of your face - a phone selfie in good light works perfectly. No studio shots, no special equipment, no posing skills required.

Question 2

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Generation time depends on the provider and how many photos you create. Follow progress in the app and download completed photos when they are ready.

Question 3

Do I need a good camera?

Accepted Answer

No. Any modern phone camera is sharp enough. What matters more is lighting and a clear, unobstructed view of your face, not megapixels.

Question 4

Can I try it without paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A new account gets 1 extra photo free: 190 UP Credits, enough for any 190 UP photo in the shop. That comes on top of one free photo of you once your Identity Card is ready. No card is required to start.

Question 5

Will the photos actually look like me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our AI builds your identity from your real photo, so every result keeps your features, your expressions and your vibe - you on your best day, not a stranger. If a photo doesn't feel like you, regenerate it with one click.

Question 6

What resolution do I get?

Accepted Answer

Every photo downloads at high resolution, sharp enough for a dating profile, Instagram, or a LinkedIn header. You get the full-size file, not a watermarked preview.

Question 7

Which dating apps are the crops sized for?

Accepted Answer

Download the photos you generate and check the crop in the dating app before publishing. The app offers aspect-ratio options; a single generated file is not automatically delivered in every app’s format.

Question 8

What if I do not like a shot?

Accepted Answer

Regenerate it with one click. Each regeneration gives you a fresh take on the same style, so you can keep going until the set feels like you.

Question 9

How many styles are there?

Accepted Answer

The catalogue has 12 photo categories, with four variants per category. The app also offers eight quick presets. Choose a setting that suits you and check each result for likeness.

Question 10

What happens to my photos? Are they private?

Accepted Answer

Uploads are processed with our AI service providers and used only to create your photos. Your photos and generated images stay in your account until you delete them; deleting your account erases everything. We do not sell your personal data or use your photos to train AI models; see the privacy policy for retention and your rights.

Question 11

Do you use my photos to train your models?

Accepted Answer

No. Your uploads are used only to generate your own set. They are never added to a training pool and never used to produce photos for anyone else.

Question 12

Who can see my results?

Accepted Answer

Only you. Your set is private to your account, it is never shown publicly, and we never use your photos in marketing without your explicit, separate consent.

Question 13

Can I delete my account and data?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at any time and in one click from your dashboard. Deletion is permanent and removes your uploads, your generated photos and your account data.

Question 14

What is the difference between UP Credits and photos?

Accepted Answer

Each generated photo costs 10 UP Credits; preparing your photo identity costs 30 UP Credits. New accounts get 1 extra photo free: 190 UP Credits, enough for any 190 UP photo in the shop. Choose how to spend them before buying a plan or pack.

Question 15

Do UP Credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Yes. UP Credits never expire: unused UP Credits stay in your balance from month to month, and they stay yours if you cancel your plan. Only a refund or chargeback removes the UP Credits that the payment added.

Question 16

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription in one click from your dashboard, anytime. Your plan runs until the end of your billing period, and your UP Credits and photos stay in your account after that.

Question 17

How does the money-back guarantee work?

Accepted Answer

We offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment: your first subscription payment on any monthly or yearly plan, your first credit-pack purchase, or the one-time Starter set offer. Request a full refund by emailing info@theultimateprofile.com within 30 days of that payment. Renewals are excluded. Credits and sets granted by the refunded payment are removed. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Question 18

Do you offer refunds on credit packs?

Accepted Answer

We offer a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment: your first subscription payment on any monthly or yearly plan, your first credit-pack purchase, or the one-time Starter set offer. Request a full refund by emailing info@theultimateprofile.com within 30 days of that payment. Renewals are excluded. Credits and sets granted by the refunded payment are removed.
