Partner program terms
Participation
Applications are reviewed by The Ultimate Profile. Applying does not imply approval. Participation is tied to the approved email. These terms apply on acceptance; version 5 October 2026.
Attribution
The first eligible partner link within 60 days before creation of a new account determines attribution. Later links do not replace or extend it. Partners take precedence over friend links for cash commission. Visitors receive the higher signup credit bonus, never both: currently +20 on top of the standard 10. Existing accounts and self-referrals are excluded.
Commission
30% of actual payments after discounts, excluding tax, for 12 calendar months from the referred customer’s first payment. Packs, welcome-match purchases and paid subscription invoices qualify. Free credits and zero-value invoices do not. The partner must be approved when payment is received. Offers have eligibility conditions. No earnings are promised.
Payouts
A 30-day hold applies. From USD 50 available, request monthly manual payout in USD by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. Provide accurate details. Refunds and chargebacks reverse related commissions; amounts already paid are deducted from future earnings. Receiving and conversion fees are the partner’s responsibility.
Disclosure
Clearly label compensated recommendations as advertising, with #ad or an equally clear local disclosure visible before or alongside the recommendation and link. A hidden profile disclosure is insufficient.
Prohibited activity
Self-referral, brand-keyword bidding including The Ultimate Profile and variants, spam, coupon-site misuse, misleading claims, match or Raya admission guarantees, incentivized fake signups, impersonation and unauthorized third-party content are prohibited.
Taxes and data
Partners handle their own taxes and any required invoices. Application and minimal payout data serve program administration, accounting and transactional messages. Applying is not marketing-email consent. Do not include customer personal data in campaign links. The service privacy policy also applies.
Termination
Either party may end participation by written notice to [email protected]. Abuse or breach may lead to immediate suspension. No new commissions accrue while suspended or after termination. Legitimately accrued balances remain subject to holds, thresholds and adjustments. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
